Multi Axis Turning Centre, and

QUALITY MANAGEMENT

SYSTEM

Marks Engineering’s QMC go through strict quality control.

All the machined components

are measured using

Coordinate Measuring Machines, Contour Measuring Machines, Equator Machines and SJ 400 Surface Roughness Tester Machines to control

close tolerances.

GAUGE ROOM

Marks Engineering has a dedicated Gauge Room which is equipped

with all kinds of latest measuring tools to measure the finished products in order to maintain the uniform quality before packing and dispatching.

WAREHOUSE

Marks Engineering provides third party logistics support to our customers such as bonded warehouse, local transportation, pick and lack services etc. We operate VMI warehouse at Chicago, Ankeny (Lowa),Savanna (South Carolina, USA) and Senec (Slovakia). CMI type warehousingat Rogersville (Tennessee, USA) and Pamplona (Spain).

At Marks Engineering the process starts from sourcing quality castings from the leading foundries in the region, to meet the quality standards of our customers.

Before machining all the raw materials are quality checked and stored in to our

pre production warehouse.
